As you can see, I've got some very concrete steps to keep my resolutions on track! Of course, I also have a flow chart for losing 20 pounds, but I won't bore you with that. (And I need to get to my chiropractor before I start with that game plan.) More importantly, let's get to...

ReplyDeleteExcellent plan and chart, T! Yes, yes and yes. ;-) I'm reminded of that article you gave me years ago, about clutter and the space it takes up in our mind and emotions... I'm with you! I have taken bags of donations 3 times in the past 3 weeks. It feels GREAT. And I have (oh horrors) simply thrown out clothes that were too worn/stained to pass on. Oh, the freedom! I'm celebrating the renewal of the year with you!
